This modern commemorative issue from the Republic of Chad is a striking .999 fine gold piece celebrating the kangaroo. The obverse features a finely textured, front-facing portrait of a kangaroo positioned among detailed native foliage, with a series of smaller wildlife silhouettes trailing along the lower rim. The reverse displays the intricately engraved official national coat of arms, showcasing a central shield supported by a heraldic goat and lion, all crested by a radiant rising sun. Crafted with a specialized weight of 1/200th of an ounce, the pure gold is struck into a broad 40mm diameter format to maximize its visual profile. This brilliant piece is securely preserved in a custom acrylic capsule within a black presentation box, and comes complete with a bilingual Certificate of Authenticity detailing the biological subject and precise minting specifications.
